It will consider the experience of the Berlin public organizations and associations. Several modules - devote journalism in general, the role of media in promoting dialogue between the local communities and authorities.

Applications may be submitted young journalists from Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia. As a result of the workshop, participants will have to write an article.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
- Working in the media (newspapers, news agencies and online edition)
- Knowledge of Russian (the working language of the seminar). Good knowledge of English - a plus.

The trip will take place individually or in groups of the above countries. The choice of the vehicle (plane, train or bus) is discussed with the participants and organizers. Accommodation in Berlin in 2-3 bed rooms.

The organizers will cover the costs of transportation to the destination and in the Berlin, accommodation, breakfast and most dinners (the remaining costs of the power does not exceed EUR 50, in most cases far less).
