Exhibition on the occasion of Independence Day in Chisinau

Today, the Bureau of Interethnic Relations opens an art exhibition "Independent Moldova". The event was timed to the 23rd anniversary of the declaration of independence of the Republic of Moldova, the entrance is free.

The exhibition will present paintings of Ion Daghi, Rita Fedak, Theodore Apostle, Larissa Korobchanu, Nicholas Fedak, Nelly Gedreutsan. The exhibition will be attended by members of ethnic minorities.

Besides this paintings` exhibition is organised a display of books of Tudor Angheli - the literary historian, poet, scientist, translator, journalist, former deputy ambassador of Moldova in Turkey, Kuwait and Egypt.

The organizers, through this exhibition want to contribute to the education of the young generation in the spirit of love to the motherland and respect to history and traditions of the past - of our Moldovan roots.

The event was organized by the Bureau of Interethnic Relations in collaboration with the Ukrainian Charity Foundation of professional artists and craftsmen "Renaissance" from Moldova.
