On Tuesday, the National History Museum under the patronage of the German Embassy opened a photo exhibition "Dictatorship and Democracy in the age of extremes."

The exposition is a kind of overview of Europe history of twentieth century.

Opening the exhibition, German Ambassador to Moldova Matthias Meyer stated that: "Peace in Europe is not an everlasting value thus the Europeans should cherish it."

The exhibition will run until July 17, the entrance is free.
