EU President Jean-Claude Juncker warned Hungary that it may exclude from the European Union. The head of the EU has put forward this condition after the statement of the Prime Minister of Hungary, on the fact that Hungarian law does not comply with EU standards - this applies to the death penalty.

If Hungary will take such a law - it expelled from the EU. Hungarian Prime Minister understands that such a law contravenes the EU Charter.

Viktor Orban, the Hungarian Prime Minister said: "All changes will conform to the standards and regulations of the EU." Freedom of speech - we just discuss, does not  mean that we adopt this law.
