Citizens of the Republic of Moldova will be able to pay utility bills using the application "Mobile Wallet". These promises are given by the authorities who assure that they have found a solution to the endless queues.

Yesterday "Post of Moldova" and the postal operator of France signed a cooperation agreement, which will implement the project.

The idea that now there is no need to stand in lines has cheered many citizens. However the older generation is conservative.

The budget of the project amounted to 150 thousand euros. 30% of the costs were assumed by "Post of Moldova", the remaining amount will be covered by Groupe La Poste- the postal operator in France. The project is to be launched January 1, 2015.
