Chisinau doctors will be able to buy accommodation at a discounted price. The Ministry of Health has proposed to build several high-rise buildings for young professionals and doctors with financial difficulties.

If the project is implemented the doctors will be able to purchase housing almost 40% cheaper than the market cost.

According to the project the Ministry of Health plans to build apartment buildings in the area adjacent to the Institute of Cardiology and Institute of Mother and Child. Cost per square meter of floor space in new homes will be 400 - 420 euros. Houses will be built by private investors and by contributions from future tenants.
