Chisinau municipal council has signed a contract with the developed programmem by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, to assist tenants and owners of premises in the reduction of heat consumption and reducing utility bills.

180 municipally owned residential houses will be equipped with doors and windows of the double-glazed pane.
According to the plan, installation works will start not later than in 2 months. Before that there will be selected contractors who will carry out the mentioned above work.
