Tiraspol and Chisinau agreed to restore the practice of simplified border crossing for the residents of the left and right banks of the Dniester during Easter holidays.

This was said by Yevgeny Shevchuk at a joint briefing with Prime Minister Cyril Gaburici PM.

Shevchuk said that the Transnistrian side is in favor of minimizing the restrictive barriers. To do this, it is needed to resolve a number of issues. Yevgeny Shevchuk said that they agreed to restore the practice of simplified border crossing during the holidays: Easter, memorial day, Christmas. This is to ensure that, in these days, when relatives are going to visit each other, had no problems with long queues.
