Starting from September 1, on the roads of the capital runs 50 trolleybuses more. Now on the routes are about 300 units of this type of transportation. Today at the urgent town hall meeting it was stated by George Morgoci, the head of electric vehicles transportation department.

Morgoci noted that it was already ready 300 trolleybuses, of which on the roads are 296, 4 more are on standby. During peak hours, trolley filled to 80-90%. The daily fees have increased by 20-25 percent.

He also said that the Republic of Moldova has received 12 new trolleybuses, 6 of them are already released on the streets of Chisinau.

Since early September, bus fleet also was supplied. Director of the company, Jacob Capcelea, said that on the fifth route appeared 8 additional trolley. So, now on line are 14 buses instead of 6. The third route was joined by three units of transport. Today, the city buses total amount is 106. Fees are increased by 18% on average.

Soon Fleet is added by 50 units of new vehicles. In addition there will be new line of buses - 19 and 29.
