In Comrat is opened an exhibition of icons

On Thursday in Comrat Art Gallery is opened an exhibition of Orthodox icons of XVII-XX centuries. These icons are from the collection of Peter Kostin, the founder of the Museum of the Customs Service.

In Comrat are displayed 88 icons. Residents of 30 cities in Europe were also able to see these shrine.

Icons are written by artists from Ukraine, Romania, Russia and Moldova. The exhibition will last till October 11.
