At the ceremony, the President of Poland expressed great satisfaction with the current level of cooperation between the two countries and said that Polish people are proud of the fact that the merits of the outstanding statesman Jozef Pilsudski are appreciated in Moldova.
Timofti, in turn, said that the struggle of Marshal Jozef Pilsudski for the independence of his country is a worthy example for others to follow.
