The new museum is located in a restored manor house dating from the beginning of the last century.
Reparation works of the mansion lasted two years, there was allocated 1.2 million lei. During the reparation builders were carefully recreating the building and finaly restored the original architectural elements of the mansion.
Currently in Moldova there are more than 170 museums of history, ethnography and art.
