Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry is actively negotiating with the French company, the consumer and the producer of essential oils, which is interested in effective cooperation with Moldova.

In the past, the country had 11 operating factories for the production of essential oils.

At the initial stage Moldova can use 5-10 hectares under oil crops.
