Group of vegetable producers from Moldova during their visit to Turkey are going to study Turkish the experience of farmers in cultivating tomatoes. This visit was organized with the support of the project "Agricultural Competitiveness and Enterprise Development Project" and will be held in October 2014.

Farmers become familiar with the advanced technologies of production and processing of tomatoes after harvesting.

Also farmers from Turkey will teach Moldovan producers as to fertilize the soil in greenhouses, methods of plant protection, water conservation and irrigation.

The agenda includes topics related to the marketing technique of fresh tomatoes.
