At the end of this week Moldova expects a lot of anti-hail rockets. According to Ion Garab, head of anti-hail services these rockets are especially needed now at the beginning of the rainy and hail season.

Ion Garab said he expects the lot to provide all the 115 anti-hail stations with the rockets. This will protect 1.5 million hectares of crops in 24 regions of the country.

Moldova imports anti-hail missiles from Russia and Bulgaria. The cost is 8 thousand lei per a piece.
