In Chisinau there was opened "Resource Centre for European projects". The Centre was established by the National Institute of Economic Research of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova and the Romanian Reference Center for Business Development.

Resource Center will meet the needs of specialisation of employees in public administration, employees in the public and private economic environment, participating in the activities of non-governmental organisations in the development of management of EU funds.

At the Center of the European project there will be conducted one hundred-hour courses. The tuition cost varies from 150 to 600 euros.

Its mission is to produce competent personnel.
