Under the bill, drafted by the Ministry of Justice of Moldova, the judicial police from the command of the Ministry of Internal Affairs goes under the Ministry of Justice and becomes its hestructural division, headquartered in Chisinau.

The number of employees of the judicial police will be increased twice and they will get a new form.

The main function of the judicial police is to ensure order and security in the courtrooms, as well as the protection of trial participants.
