Those who are interested in the competition can apply to participate in it before July 1, 2014. Applications are accepted at the City Hall of Chisinau, office number 16, every day until 16:00.
The jury will consider the simplicity, memorability and the possibility to show the relevance of the capital identity.
The main winner will receive a tour of Europe as a prize. Author, runner-up, will also visit two cities of one of the European countries. The third-place winner will visit Romania.
