According to the document, higher education institutions offering this option, will be obliged to provide students with educational material in electronic form. The curator will monitor the learning process.

Knowledge will be checked both remotely and in high school. However, the final assessment of students' knowledge will be given at the sessions in the presence of supervisors and teachers. The costs will be covered by tuition fees, budget, unemployment fund or funds from international projects.
