On Saturday from 11:00 to 16:00 will be held the event "Kovorul Dorului." The purpose of this event is to promote the weaving of carpets and Moldovan carpets at the international and national levels.
The National Fair of carpets will include a number of activities, including an exhibition of antique carpets from the collection of the Historical Museum of Moldova, as well as an exhibition of contemporary rugs. At the fair will perform folklore ensembles and artists. Guests will enjoy the variety of activities from the traditional local cuisine.
The guest of honor at the fair - Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Republic of Moldova, which will present the traditions and weaving skills of their homeland.
Also at the event will be shown national winter clothes 2014.
Ministry of Culture asks guests to bring their r carpets if they are connected with the history of the family and are of historical value.
