Is adopted a new law according to which, the real estate property allocated by the state authoities should be privatized due to the fact that it will become the property of the administrative-territorial units, which are located on the territory, in the event that it will not be privatized until the summer of 2015.

The law was passed on the grounds that 2.8% of the housing stock, which is about 38 thousand apartments, many of those are not privatized, more than that people are no longer live there, but the other person can not claim this piece of property as well.

In the nearest future, the bill will be published in the Official Gazette- Monitorul Oficial.
