Under these circumstances, Minprosvet is forced to recruit those who want to work at schools even if they are not teachers.

Minister of Education Maia Sandu said that in the short term, they might make a proposal similar to the «Teach for America», it will sound only «Teach for Moldova». They may employ people who are not related to the education system, however are experts in their respective fields and ready to work where there are no teachers.
