The new order itself is a silver cross with a circular medallion in the center, bordered by a gold stripe and with the National Emblem depicted on a blue background.
Award recipients will be Moldovan citizens fighting for the maintenance of international peace and security. The first to receive the cross will be our fellow citizens who have participated in peacekeeping operations or served in Afghanistan, they are going to be only 11,000 people.
The project costs 2.4 million lei.
