Niagara Falls frozen over for the first time in a hundred years

The world's most famous waterfall has been frozen over for the first time in a hundred years. Chilly temperatures, that is rather abnormal in U.S. froze American parts of Niagara Falls and the normally fast-flowing water stopped moving.

Last time the Falls froze in 1848 and 1911.
