Specialists are retrieving the accumulated gravel from the bottom of the river, which will subsequently be used to strengthen the banks, dams or used for other purpose.
The goal of the cleaning is to ensure safety of navigation on the Dniester and reduce flood risks.
Work will be carried out over the length of 40 kilometers.
