In the laboratories of the Technical University of Moldova, students, under the guidance of teachers, learn to use the beneficial properties of products to create new dietary foodstuffs.

In the process of creating new recipes, young people, first of all, think about the medicinal properties of the products.

"We have created new flour products, and now we are particularly concerned about the problem of patients with phenylketonuria. We are trying to patent these inventions and collaborate with manufacturers to bring our products to market, "- said the teacher Valentina Bantea-Zagareanu.

The development of each new product takes from two to three years.
