Yesterday, the Board of Directors of the World Bank approved a loan of 30.8 million U.S. dollars for the RM for healthcare modernisation.

Health System Modernisation aims to support two main priorities. Thus, the Government will be assisted in overcoming the key risks related to infectious diseases, with the aim of improving health outcomes and reducing the expenses in the field of infectious diseases. Moreover the modernisation is aimed at more effective upgrading of hospital activity.
