According to the Transnistrian media: "Legal basis of state regulation of the use of airspace are detailed in the document: supervision in this area, training of civil aviation, as well as the rights and duties of the flight crew. The new code will be used by companies involved in this field as well as by bodies that oversee the flights. "
According to this piece of legislation there will be developed rules for flights over the territory of Transnistria.
