According to this bill, broadcasters will need to participate in the competition for obtaining the license for broadcasting. In addition, entering into force, it will allow the wide public to learn the names of owners of television channels.
As for the private broadcasters, they will be required annually to report on its activities for the Commission on Radio and Television.
