Since the administration of Chisinau has decided not to celebrate May 9 at the central square of the capital, citizens wishing to celebrate this date are invited to Balti.
"Balti is the capital of Victory" – this is the motto of the celebration of May 9 this year.
Residents of Balti gear up for celebrating Victory Day with all solemnity in play and thus pay tribute to fathers, grandfathers and great-grandfathers for that blood which won for us the right to live in peace and freedom.
