Central Taste Committee soon is going to function in Moldova

This committee will be obliged to examine the quality of the beer and products based on it (liqueurs, balsams, soft drinks, aperitifs, brandy, vodka, ethyl alcohol) by means of organoleptic verification.

The committee will include 21 people selected on a competitive basis. To participate in the commission one should have experience in the field at least 5 years.

The Ministry of Agriculture believe that this structure will enhance the protection for consumers of alcoholic beverages.
