The organizers of this event are the National Association of Library and public libraries in Romania and the Republic of Moldova Association of Librarians.
The official opening of the event was held at the Technical University at 18:00. People's Artist of Moldova Alexandru Cazacu and ensemble Camerton performed at the opening.
That night it was possible to visit the following libraries: Ion Creanga National Children's Library,. Lomonosov library in Botanica, BP Hasdeu Municipal Library and many others.
