Owners of cars with Moldovan numbers when entering in Transnistria will have to buy insurance, the so-called "green card." Innovation for the residents of the right bank Dniester river will start from 1 April.

However, the citizens of Romania will be needed this insuarance from March 1. On June 1, 2015 will be required this insurance policy for owners of cars registered in Ukraine, and in 2016 will become mandatory for citizens of other countries.
