Every year thousands of children become homeless. In most cases, mother leave their newborns in hospitals. And in the absence of a legal guardian the child having both parents alive can get into a boarding. The same fate awaits those orphaned when a guardian is no longer going to take care of them.

Unfortunately, street children are not included in the value system of society, and are only observers of lives of other people.
