A new electronic e-Visa service will start operating in Moldova, on August 1. The service will allow obtaining a visa for short-term visits to the Republic of Moldova, just filling in the online application.

E-Visa is the equivalent of the traditional visa and is a print resolution, which provides foreign citizens the right to enter Moldova.

To obtain this visa a foreign citizen needs to fill an online application and attach the required documents. If the application is approved, then he or she needs to pay the application fee. Further the visa is sent via e-mail to the applicant.
