Superior Council of Magistracy has approved the Ministry of Justice project on the Elimination of the Appeals Chamber of Bender. The project will be considered in the government and parliament.

Justice Minister Oleg Efrim said that the Appeals Chamber of Bender had become a zone of judicial paradise for offshore companies.

Representatives of the Ministry say that the work of the court is not productive as there are few cases in point.
If the government and parliament take the decision on liquidation then all the cases that are currently pending will be given to the Appeals Chamber of Chisinau.
