Government of Moldova, in accordance with the decree, is going to allocate to certain categories of citizens funds for the construction of individual houses, cooperative apartment or the restoration of old houses.

Monetary funds will be issued in the form of a lump sum.

Allowance will be granted to the citizens that hadn't received preferential loans and had no housing up to 22 October 2004; as well as those who have letters of guarantee issued by the local authorities prior to January 1, 2010, and those who do not have letters of guarantee, from January 1, 2014.

Funds for the execution of this decree will be allocated from the state budget.
